Download the full database via torrent (~1.1 TB)

Ensure ignition switch is in OFF position. Disconnect and reconnect battery to reset system. Program a NEW transmitter into control module. See REMOTE TRANSMITTER under PROGRAMMING. Repeat RE11. If voltages are correct, replace transmitter. If voltages are not as specified, replace control module.
