Unplug connector at ignition coil. Turn ignition on. Measure voltage between Blue primary wire on harness connector and ground. If battery voltage does not exist, inspect battery feed, ignition switch, and fusible links. If battery voltage exists, go to IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE  .
