  1. Connect tachometer to engine. Start engine and run at idle. Remove harness connector from injectors one at a time. Engine idle speed should drop 100-300 RPM as each injector is disconnected. If engine idle speed does not drop, check the wiring connector, injector or injection signal from the computer.
